The co-founder of IEG is the world’s foremost expert on sponsorship and a tireless champion for the industry. In addition to working directly with sponsor and property clients of IEG’s Sponsorship Consulting and Research groups, Lesa is IEG’s primary product development director, having most recently led the launch of the company’s Return On Sponsorship service, and also is responsible for the content and focus of IEG’s Annual Sponsorship Conference.

Lesa also is on the faculty of Northwestern University’s Master of Arts in Sports Administration program.

Inducted into the International Festivals & Events Association/Miller Brewing Company Hall of Fame in 2000, Lesa is a graduate of Colorado College.

     John C. Stiefel is a Partner in the Business Law Practice Group and his areas of focus include: Commercial Finance and Private Company Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Stiefel represents general corporate clients in a wide range of activities, including financing, acquisitions and operations. His expertise includes extensive experience in structuring start-up enterprises; structuring and preparing agreements in connection with all aspects of business; representing sponsors and rights holders in negotiating and preparing sponsorship agreements in sports, arts, entertainment, venues, events, entertainment tours, museums, universities and causes; and representing banks in a range of matters including secured lending and litigation.

     Mr. Stiefel has been selected by his peers in a statewide evaluation as one of Illinois Leading Lawyers in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities and Finance Law, a distinction accorded to fewer than 5% of the State's most respected and experienced practicing attorneys.

Margaret Fish, MS, CCC-SLP                             Professional Advisor

     For over twenty-five years, Margaret Fish has been providing speech and language services to children. She currently works in private practice in Highland Park, Illinois, with children with severe speech sound disorders and language disorders, with a specific interest in Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Margaret has provided local and national workshops to speech and language pathologists on the topic of assessment, differential diagnosis and treatment of CAS.

Megan Carrick, MOTR/L                                      Professional Advisor

     Megan received her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois . She is very passionate about her work with parents and children who are affected by sensory processing challenges, disorders of relating and communicating and other related disorders. She loves to work with families in unique ways and changing settings to support progress in all areas of life.
